Israel 🇮🇱

Pros: After reading the reviews we were pretty nervous going to the apartment, however overall it was a plesent experience. It's been cleaned up, the wifi was OK, air con worked well, the shower was hot and there is a nice kitchen to prepare simple meals.

Cons: Apparently there is a bug problem in the building. There are some roaches still but not as bad as the other reviews mentioned. Also, when we arrived it took quite a bit of time to check in and get the keys. It would be better if there are clear instructions from the owner how to check in properly, with directions how to get there, the unit number, leaving ID at the front desk, where to get the keys and all of the relevent information. After that everything was fine and we got good communication via booking.
