The Suite Life - Level 42 at Makati

Pros: The lobby is gigantic and has several security guards. The apartment is homely, roomy and has a pleasant view from the balcony. The bathroom is also perfectly clean -- no roaches, unlike some other places in Metro Manila. Lots of options to eat, some are open 24/7. There's also a mall directly beside the residential premises.

Cons: The waiting times for the elevator are really long.

Convenience Within Affordability

Pros: The facilities were just great! You will find everything you need within 100 meter of your location. Shopping, Food, 7/11, Spa, Restaurants, Bars -- everything. The room is adequately supplied. The owner is very responsive and cooperative and the gigantic pool was a cherry on top.

Cons: Only drawback is the waiting for the lift during peak hours.

Highly recommended affordable stay in Makati

Pros: Very close to all the bars. Friendly and responsive. Nice views. No noise generally. Very affordable.

Cons: Although the accommodation was generally clean we found a couple of small cockroaches coming through the drain.

Pros: I appreciated that the host provided bathroom essentials and toiletries and clean towels too. Also, there were kitchen utensils for cutting, eating and possibly for cooking. The bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep in. The host provided a free access to the pool area. Overall, I still commend the host accomodating my needs and responding to my queries during my stay. It was pleasant and it felt a home away from home per say.

Cons: There was no electric cooker present. The apartment looked cleaned but I noticed two to three small cockroaches though. One under the sink, one in the wardrobe area and another under the carpet. The closet/cupboard smelled moldy. The plug for the microwave could not extend to nearest socket, which made it not possible to use the appliance. Hence, I informed the host about it and they assured to take action, improve and took note of these.

Pros: Es un lugar pequeño pero acogedor, en una zona excelente con muchos establecimientos y restaurantes cercanos.

Cons: Considero que el precio es un poco elevado para el tamaño del lugar.

Pros: The property was clean modern and very comfortable

Cons: Nothing it was just as I expected and great value for money

Sauberes, ruhiges Appartement mit großzügiger Ausstattung

Pros: Sauber, ruhig, mit vielfältiger Ausstattung. Im Erdgeschoss des Hochhauses befindet sich eine Mall mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen sowie ein großer Supermarkt - sehr praktisch.

Cons: Es dauert jedes Mal eine ganze Weile, um mit dem Aufzug in den 42. Stock nach oben und wieder runter zu fahren, da die Anzahl der Aufzüge in dem Hochhaus begrenzt sind bei gleichzeitig vielen Personen, die die Aufzüge nutzen. Hinweise: Der Zugang zum Pool ist gebührenpflichtig. Kein Personal vor Ort hinsichtlich der Unterkunft, da das Hochhaus an viele Untermieter/Agenturen vermietet wird.

Overall, i had a pleasant stay. If I will be back in Makati, I will definitely book this property again.

Pros: What i like about the property is its location. There’s a mini mall on the ground floor and a hypermarket which was very convenient. There are a lot of foodchains nearby. The place is quite famous so it is convenient for delivery riders if you need to order something. The place is also few minutes away from bigger malls. The property provider shampoo, conditioner and bodysoap. There’s also garbage bags available, plates, utensils, knife, so that was a plus.

Cons: The property is quite clean, however, if you have a severe allergic rhinitis like me, the dust on furnitures were quite irritating. There was a vacuum available but it was kinda hard to use as it doesnt have a long handle. There were no cooking tools available too, which was clearly stated on the property’s description. However, i wish there is atleast a rice cooker. The TV doesnt have local channels. As a balikbayan, i love to watch local channels. Anyway, it does have netflix and youtube, so that could do.

Pros: I like the location. It was very convinient with all the nearby neccesities plus the hypermarket below was a good shot. I liked that they have a Box Plus in the building for online deliveries too, super convinient! The admin office staff at 2nd floor was kind too very helpful with all the question I had when I used the pool area.

Cons: I would have given a perfect review tho there was no cooking equipment, must have been my fault too for assuming they would already have one. Also there were a lot of foreigners who would take call on girls etc. In the area, a visitor of mine saw a few fighting over that seems like a chinese client of theirs from those call on girls during late at night. I'm sorry but I kinda don't feel comfortable with that type of ambiance. Oh and Yes there was some smells on one of the pillows I had to remove the cover and put the pillow on one of the cupboards for it not to be used.
