Vivere Hotel and Resorts

A good place to stay here in south of Manila, with lots of restaurants and shopping options.

Pros: The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is also a few minutes away from Festival Mall. And if you are ok to walk, ATC is just 2.5km away.

Pros: Centrally located in the heart of Alabang, you can literally reach the Alabang town center and Festival Mall on foot, which is super convenient. The view from my room is amazing. The service of the staff is fantastic, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is impressive. The room that we were in is spacious and comfortable. We like the minimalist but elegant design of the room.

Wonderful and comfortable stay

Pros: Location excellent. Restaurant venue always impressive - beautiful space to have a special meal. The Nest Restaurant- food is good - could have offered more and better options. The restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The food at The Nest - not enough better options.

Good ambiance, nice view, attentive staff. perfect for reunions.

Pros: The Nest, The Sanctuary and rooms are clean. Chef John Lee is commendable.

Cons: Smell at the hallway due to drainage problem

Okay for a staycation.

Pros: Near shopping and restaurants (but you would need a car or taxi).

Cons: Parking was not easy to find. The elevators are hard to come by.

Nice place but not number 1 any more

Pros: Well located. Room was clean and light. Staff friendly but not overly welcoming. Great view on 31st floor

Cons: Check in/out very slow. There was a line of people and all 3 staff stopped to address 1 issue. It’s lost the super welcoming staff and not even a record we stayed here for over a year previously.

ALL IN ALL THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HOTEL VERY CLEAN AND IN A GOOD LOCATION

Pros: THE ROOM I STAY IN WAS ON THE 20TH FLOOR WITH A GREAT VIEW FROM MY WINDOW THE BREAKFAST WAS PLENTIFUL BUT A LITTLE BIT PRICEY AND AGAIN THE DINNER WAS LOVELY AND A GOOD CHOICE ON THE MENU

Cons: THE POOL WAS CLOSE THROUGHOUT MY 10 DAYS I WAS THERE WHICH TO ME WAS VERY DISAPPONINTING AND I WAS NEVER TOLD BEFORE HAND THE ONE OTHER THING I HAD GUESTS COME TO DINNER WITH ME ON A SATURDAY NIGHT WE WENT UP TO THE RESTAURANT ONLY TO BE TOLD RESERVATIONS ONLY ON A SATURDAY WHICH AGAIN I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS

An Excellent Resort in Filinvest Center

Pros: Excellent customer service. I was given a free upgrade from a de luxe room to a one bedroom suite. The bed is comfortable, the room is decent in size, and it is bright because of the windows. The room is clean and so were the beddings. Housekeeping staff do an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. Reception staff were very courteous, polite, and respectful. The nest dining has an amazing ambience.

Cons: Gym is too small with limited space and equipment given the size of the resort and the number of guests it can accommodate. Perhaps management might want to consider expanding the fitness centre.

Pros: Great service! Our original booking was June 26-27th however I had to rebook because I overlooked my neice work schedule and it is for her birthday on the 27th. It was a non-refundable rate and I am past the timeline to change dates. I called their customer service and was advised that I will get a callback. After 10 minutes the booking was switched to June 27-28 and we arrived in our room with a slice of cake and birthday greetings! My neice really appreciate it! We were both surprised.
