Fabulous

Pros: The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Manager and Manager trainee who are both Japanese were very professional and very nice. I’ll book my stays in this hotel in the future.

Pros: Rooms in the new wing were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff very attentive from the reception to the waiters and waitresses in the breakfast room.

Cons: Johny’s steak house and grill the staff were not very well trained, didn’t know their menu, they ran out of ribs and there were only two other tables being used in the restaurant, just not a great experience and it was not a cheap meal.

Pros: I had another wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essential amenities. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, with a special shoutout to the bartender/lifeguard at the 3rd-floor pool area. The service at the Vue Bar was top-notch, making our experience even more enjoyable. This being my second stay, I can confidently recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Overall, an outstanding experience!

Cons: It would be great if the rooms offered access to Netflix or other streaming services without needing to use personal accounts.

It was a good quick stay

Pros: The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. What I liked the best was the trainer at the gym who was readily available to assist and help with the machines.

Cons: The buffet breakfast was disappointing. Some of the food served, like bacon, kikiam and fishballs were not freshly cooked.

Pros: The hotel was absolutely exceptional - from the breathtaking views and luxurious design to the impeccable service and attention to detail. Every corner of the property reflected elegance and comfort, making the experience truly memorable. The smell of the room Is cery nice aswell

Cons: The entrance from reception is close, you have to go to other entrance which is bit far from hotel lobby
