Pros: the staff were grezt very friendly and helpfull . the breakfast was great we enjoyed it very much

Cons: the only issue we found was there is a very strong damp musky mouldy smell. the room had water damage between the shower and the room suggesting the shower is leaking into the wall and may be the cause of the oudor in the room . also may need the airconditoner cleaned thougherly . one other thing may be a good idea to have netflix or equiverlant in the rooms as the current tv doesnt realy go with international guests

Pros: We had a lovely stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from our room was great. We also had an adequate supply of drinking water which I appreciated. We also liked the lobby area. It was nice and a comfortable place to wait for a while after checkout before leaving for our flight. The staff were kind, respectful, helpful, and efficient. They also responded promptly to all my queries and requests before I booked..

Pros: Location, love it! For the cost of the hotel, it's relatively affordable.

Cons: The Bathroom has a funny smell at times. You would know once you left the toilet door even ajar.

Cons: The transferring of elevator from the lobby going down although we can no longer do about it. Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Pros: The service, facilities and kind staff. Especially Albert by the pool who assisted and greeted us with a smile.

Cons: Just the hand phone not working. The speaker works well tho.
