Recommended Place to Stay in Alabang Area

Pros: It was my first time to stay in Parque Espana with my family (with kids) and I must say that the hotel met my expectation. The staff are very accommodating specially the housekeeping team. Thank you Peter for always assisting us and always offering help / clean the room / change towel / etc. The hotel location is very good - few meters to Festival Mall, grocery store, and near a park where we can roam around with the kids. The hotel facilities also are very good specially the kitchen within the room, very helpful specially we have kids along with us. Thank you to all the staff and we look forward to staying again in Parque!

Cons: Please do not take this as negative point but a suggestion - I would suggest that the Parque team to upgrade the toilet. For now its still workable and functional but an upgrade will be good.

Pros: I did book deluxe room That was so nice , huge , clean It located in the middle of the town , that was so quiet, clean park You can run in morning , evening All good and convenient Roof top is nice + restaurant Have router Wi-Fi in your own room , that is fast make thing easier

Cons: The pool is quite small for me but I didn’t use that much

Cons: While Parque España Residence Hotel has many positives, there are a few areas that could use improvement: 1. Dated Decor: Some parts of the hotel, especially the rooms, feel a bit dated and could benefit from a modern refresh. 2. Limited Dining Options: The on-site dining options are somewhat limited, and the menu could use more variety. 3. Parking Space: The parking area is somewhat limited, which can be a hassle during busy periods. Also, the entrance and exit to the parking area are quite narrow. If you're not careful, you might end up scratching your car.

Recommended for self-catering holiday stay with great location.

Pros: This is a very well run residence / hotel, with excellent self-catering facilities. The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is perfect, you do not need transport, shops, restaurants and cinema are all within walking distance. Even a local park to safely exercise.

Pros: The House Keeping team and the Bell Boy are excellent to their jobs and very accommodating. :)

Pros: They upgraded our room from 2 bedrooms to three bedrooms. The staff and the condition of property were excellent.

A good place to stop before going back to airport

Pros: Very big suite with kitchenette and living room for the price of a single room in the city. Have free secure parking and have plenty of green area for a walk nearby. The place is good when passing by Alabang as it is very quick access from the highway, 20min from airport.

Cons: The AC is a bit old and noisy

Pros: The room is more than I expected it is big with a nice kitchen.

Cons: pool is small, no security and not much lights
