Overall good.

Pros: Good location. Really convenient having a supermarket just downstairs.

Cons: Can’t connect to the wifi. I did message the landlord but didn’t get any response.

Pros: The place is near for everything, unit is spacious, the guards downstairs are nice. It has utensil and cooking stuff! It was amazing stay.

Pros: Great place to stay when visitinvg manila or for travelers. it is near airport and with good facilities in the area. communicating with host was easy.

Pros: Great location, clean and good facilities. Near to restaurants and supermarket. Great pool.

Cons: TV speakers didn’t work very well, so we had to use subtitles, which was t an issue, really.

Definitely value for Money in Makati

Pros: We only stayed overnight to get some work done, but we actually really enjoyed the place—mainly because of the awesome location. Parking was cheap, the room was super spacious with a great view of Makati, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Totally worth the price! Check-in was a breeze too, and there weren’t a million house rules to stress about.

Cons: Not a big deal, but it would've been nice if they included toothpaste too—since they already provided shampoo, soap, and a toothbrush. Might as well complete the set, right? Haha!

It is a good 2 bedrooms apartment, with good location

Pros: It is a clean unit , 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, I like the furniture it looks better than what I saw in the picture.. I liked it really it is almost classic wooden furniture and leather sofa. The shower in both toilets are working perfectly. A little mall under the building McDonald & some restaurant, 7 eleven and Robinson super market. It is good place for a family of 4 people or 2 couples.

Cons: Nothing every thing is good but , I have to mention small issues..!! 1. to get to the apartment just tell the driver or your GPS ( San Lorenzo place, tower 2 ) don’t use the owner address on booking.com 2. Little, confusion could make some people thinking it is not easy to reach to the unit ( because of changing the elevators ) but it so easy, just walk in the 6th floor & take the elevator to 29 floor don’t worry it is easy thing, specially the building has a fast & good Mitsubishi elevators . In general, nothing bad ✋🏽

Groot appartement voor lage prijs op goede lokatie

Pros: Lage kosten voor 3-kamer appartement, centrale lokatie, vlak bij Makati maar ook vliegveld.

Cons: Internet deed het aanvankelijk niet, pas volgendd dag hersteld. Te kleine dekens op 2-persoons bedden.

We had a very nice stay. Thank you!

Pros: Location is very sentral, near shopping malls. Aircondition worked very well. Wi fi connection is very good.

Cons: I wish the unit specially the bathrooms were cleaner, and could have new towels.
