I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return for our next vacation to the Philippines.

Pros: The location boasts a very good reputation. It features a small mall and a supermarket conveniently located near the apartment. Additionally, there are restaurants just a few minutes away. The security guards are known for their friendliness. Both the owner and the mother-in-law are exceptionally kind and approachable, swiftly addressing concerns. While the apartment may be small, the rooms offer a pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful view. Overall, the place is highly regarded.

Cozy apartment

Pros: Clazzy Home was a great choice for our family's stay in Manila. There were two bedrooms, both which had very comfortable beds. The apartment was on the top (31st) floor with great views of the city. There was a mall downstairs which was very convenient for groceries, fast food and shopping. We went around the city by using Grab, and it was easy to navigate to the building. The apartment was furnished like a home, with lot of extra pillows, places to sit, and decorations. The five of us felt a little cramped as the rooms were full and left little space to walk, but at the same time we appreciate having furniture for unpacking and sitting. That is what we end up doing on holiday! John was a great host who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a reasonable fee, and responded to our messages promptly. The extras like cookies, drinking water, and coffee were much appreciated.

Cons: I think that removing some of the pillows and items on the tables would make the space feel larger.

Excellent stay with my family

Pros: I like how the host is very easy to contact and they are very accommodating. The apartment is clean 👌 The location is also convenient and I like how it's near to the Metro Station.

Pros: The place was so cozy and there were no issues upon arrival. There were free slippers, hygiene kits, etc. all-in-all, our staycation was awesome.

Pros: If you're looking for a place that is mainly for sleep while you explore the area you are in then this place is perfect. Didn't stay in the BNB too often as my family and I were mainly out and about but this place is perfect in terms of location and comfortability. The building was also well established and the guards were very friendly. There is also a mini mall within the residence so that was convenient when in need of small things. We were a group of 5 and there were exactly 2 twin size beds, an extra mattress and a queen bed for the main room; all of which was perfect. The inside of the apartment is a decent size and it had everything we needed. It is also about 30 mins away from the airport via car! So big plus!

Pros: Good location, accessible to everything. It was inviting. Clean. On site parking. Living space is enough for 6 people. Staff were very helpful & respectful

Cons: When we arrived at the property we waited more than an hour to get into our apt due to the wrong date recorded at the security.

Pros: The location is perfect! The building is directly connected to a mall and the MRT Magallanes Station, which is clean and quiet. The beds were also very comfortable. The owner offers a private van service for airport pick-up and drop-off (for an additional fee), which was incredibly convenient for us, especially since we were traveling with a lot of luggage.
