Condo unit near SM City Sta Rosa unit 3

A gem hidden in Laguna, sure to meet your requirements.

Pros: The property is located next to SM Mall, easy walking distance. It is modern with great internet, very clean, the bed was very comfortable and they supply 4 pillows. The host went out of their way to be helpful, making the stay and check in as easy as possible. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended and have rebooked.

Cons: I have no complaints.

A hidden gem in Laguna - Comfortable and relaxing !!!

Pros: Owner is pro-active. I booked this location by mistake but found a hidden gem in the process. The unit was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette. the bathroom had good hot water. The batteries were dead in the TV remote and the owner dropped replacement batteries off a short time later. The pool was nice and large with outside showers and a CR/changing room in the pool area. The SMDC property is new with only 2 of 14 buildings constructed at this time. The building has a good elevator but each building has only 5 floors so that helps. We were also able to check in an hour early. There were very few occupants which kept the place quiet too. The location is by Sta Rosa Mall in laguna near Brent school. The mall has plenty of local and foreign eateries. You can walk to the mall in a minute or two from SMDC.

Cons: The location is somewhat secluded with only the mall close by. It is just a few minutes to the SLEX and maybe 25 minutes to the Nuvali area in Laguna. I would only visit here if know someone in the area, have business or an event at Brent International School. The bathroom is a little small with the sink very small but the shower is an ok size. There is a kitchenette but its very small but does include a microwave, toaster, water kettle, hot plate, rice cooker and more. The frig was of good size. If parking is full, you must park at the mall at your own risk. Check out time is too early at 11 am instead of the normal 12. There was only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people so I purchased more at the mall. My real only complaint is with the pool not with the unit. The pool is closed all day on Monday so I could not use it the first day. The second day (Tuesday) the pool was open 0900-1800. The problem is it's the hottest part of the day with no early morning or evening swim times. There are posted hours of 0600-2200 but the guard stated they want take affect until all the buildings are completed. (They should change the posted hours as that might take years). There is also a P150 charge a day to use the pool which is not bad but the payment was not convenient. I was first told by the guard they only took bank to bank payments. Later I was told they take Gcash and that's how I paid. I'm not sure why they don't take cash as that would be more convenient. They do not take Credit or debit. The last day the owner of my unit paid for me to use the pool which was very nice of them but I did not go in as the pool was dirty. I was told they clean it every morning before it opens but that was not the case on Wednesday. Overall I would highly recommend this unit especially for a single person or couples. The host is easy to reach and does her best to make her guest happy.
