Pros: Walking distance lang to EK.. malinis yung lugar. Mukhang napapalitan naman yung bed sheet and cover.

Cons: Yung constant naman yung update mo sa owner/caretaker ng unit, i.e. the time of our arrival in sta rosa and the time we will check in, pero naghintay pa rin kami ng ilang minutes sa entrance gate ng subdivision kasi di pa na submit yung authorization/confirmation of guests sa security personnel..
