Great stay with great staff

Pros: I had a wonderfull stay, staff are very professional, kind and responsive. Also when I left an item in the safe when I checked out, staff was very promt to assist in retrieving/ securing the item while waiting for me to get it.

Excellent location

Pros: The location is beside the mall; however we went there during Holy Week (Thurs - Fri) and the mall was closed. We should have checked before booking that date.

Cons: We had to wait almost an hour for our dinner to be served. Maybe because it was Holy Week and they didnt anticipate that there would be resto customers. We noticed that the resto was staffed by interns who were polite and eager to serve but needed some guidance.

Pros: The location is awesome, staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. We had a problem with our room and the staff quickly transferred us.

Cons: The breakfast buffet could probably use some improvements. Maybe some tea or choco drink, I'm not a coffee drinker and there no other option. Food are also limited.

Feeling of Luck is in the air

Pros: Actually surprised when I arrived… very nice hotel. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, shower ok… Staff very friendly and helpful … close to some attractions and food carts and court

Cons: The set up with restaurant and reception a bit unusual… but I guess was hardly utilising… catching lift to reception area. Hard to get to as the traffic can be crazy during peek hours…

A clean, safe and comfortable hotel next to shopping mall in Chinatown.

Pros: Excellent location next to large shopping mall and walking distance to Chinatown street. Hotel staff speak English language and very helpful.
