Pros: The staff we're so helpful and happy. The room was spacious and clean. The location was fairly central to lots of sights. This hotel.is in Chinatown and the area is very busy day and night, so lots to see and taste!!

An excellent stay away from home.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. The toiletries are good and the soap smells sooooooo good!

Cons: I had to ask for facial tissue since there are only a few sheets left but that is understandable. Overall, everything is good!

Great place to stay for a couple of nights!

Pros: Room was nice and big, bathroom spacious, shower was ok. Everything was very clean and the bed really comfortable. Also loved the rooftop restaurant where we went for dinner the first night and had breakfast 2 mornings. Yummy food and big variety. All the staff was really lovely, especially Edward who was so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived.

Cons: The shower door didn’t close properly so water would spill on the bathroom floor. It’s just a detail and didn’t really bother us

Pros: The location is very convenient. The staff are friendly.

Cons: We cant park because the slope of the way to parking is too high. I hope they fix this for low vehicles. Also, not the staff's fault as it was full, but I booked early for 3 rooms and we still didnt get the rooms in the same floor.

A very enjoyable short stay, would use the Ramada again next time I visit.

Pros: Staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection of foods and service was prompt. The location was good with many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

Cons: The deck outside the restaurant was occupied by smokers, not comfortable to eat breakfast there. Accessing the hotel by car was difficult due to the one way system and narrow streets, and parking in the small basement was tricky.
