Pros: + quick check-in and very kind receptionist + very central located in a safe area + a 7 Eleven is just downstairs + good air conditioning + good water pressure + free filtered water at the reception

Cons: -the sheets were with stains and one of the towels and a pillow were kind of dirty - kind of noisy

Pros: The best shower ever! Fridge and safe in the room and watercooker.

Cons: I arrived 13:30 and was told to wait untill it's 14:00. I saw them calling others. So waited for my call, but at 14:20 still no call, so i asked if the room was ready and it was, seems i wouldn't get a call and just had to wait untill 14:00.

Perfect budget stay in Manila to see old town and China town

Pros: Room was very well planned. Big mirrors enhanced the space. Sockets by bedsides, kettle, fridge, hooks and hangers. 8th floor not noisy fast lift and aircon quiet and efficient. Staff friendly and welcoming with a big luggage room so we could explore and come back later to check in. Made me think of Premier Inns in UK. Bed comfy too and separate shower hot (when you wanted) and powerful.

Cons: Immediate area was busy with traffic but still well placed to walk to Intramuros in daylight and of course to explore Chinatown Only improvement I would suggest is a bath mat!
