An excellent hotel in the midst of Manila China Town!

Pros: This is my second time here, also with friends. It has an excellent location for the celebration of Chinese New Year - and in the midst of the boisterous celebrations, the hotel offers restful respite. The rooms are clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. I also like that they are trying to be environmentally conscious (they have a big water dispenser). Lastly and surely, their service is IMPECCABLE - friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you!

Pros: Relaxing ambiance and very friendly staff. The plated breakfast was also delicious.l

Cons: The shower stall. I don't understand why the entry to the shower is beside the sink and there is no partition between the shower and the sink area. The bathroom floor wld get wet and it wld be slippery. That's the only thing that we didn't like.

Pros: The staffs and lobby manager were extremely helpful for assisting me to contact the dishonest Grab driver for getting back my wallet which had been left in Grab driver's car.

Glad to have stayed in this hotel for CNY

Pros: We stayed during Chinese new year, my family was so happy when they get to watch the lion dance when we checked in. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help. The location is right in binondo which is perfect as we want to observe the chinese new year. For a 3 star hotel its clean and the room size is not bad. some part of the headboard is bit worn out but we don't mind the room looks spotless . I will come back here again if I have non locals who would like to visit manila.
