San Lorenzo Place

Pros: It is very accessible with restaurants, 7-11 and supermarket at the ground floor. The unit looks immaculate. This is my 3rd/4th stay.

I would stay at this residence if it was just me and my wife.

Pros: It was very clean, well stocked with accessories and nicely decorated. There is a supermarket and a couple of a fast food places very close by.

Cons: Although the place was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. It was a little too small for a family of 4

Pros: Location, unit's amenities (wifi, flat iron, hair dryer), swimming pool

Cons: Broken windows (brought to owners attention)

Good introduction to Phillipines and Manila

Pros: It was convenient and comfortable for our small family of 4. Easy access to supermarket and food options downstairs. We stayed 2 nights and the kids loved the pool area.

Cons: Only downside was it was a little far from main attractions of Manila. We paid roughly 300php per grab trip which wasn’t really a big deal. We did get to see a lot more of Manila as we drove through to the attractions of Chinatown and Intramuros.

Pros: We liked the location. It was very easy to get to and it is only 1 stop away from Magallanes (right next to the apartment) on the MRT and you are at Ayala Mall and Glorieta Malls already.

Cons: The place seemed cleaned but we were put off with the small cockroaches crawling everywhere. By the sink area, the bathroom and some in the dining area.

Perfect for a family stay with access to shops and pool.

Pros: Had all the facilities required for our family of 4. Loved the access to the pool, but be prepared to provide full details to the staff at the pool of the host to charge back. Proximity to the mall and supermarket was handy.

Cons: A little far away from places like Intramuros with the heavy traffic so just make sure you allow yourself a lot of time to get there. Took us an hour one morning (departing San Lorenzo at approx 10 am on a weekday).

Century located

Pros: The property were so well located close to the MRT a mole downstairs with food shops pharmacy everything we needed swimming pool was great The apartment was well equipped. It had everything we needed in fact, more big screen, TV, great Internet, extremely comfortable seats and chairs and a fully prepared kitchen with all cooking equipment.

Cons: Nothing, we love this place

Very nice stay at San Lorenzo Place

Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay in Manila at San Lorenzo Place. The apartment is in a good location, close to the airport and the city center, it is clean and well-kept, the owner is very nice and helpful and there is a beautiful view from the windows. I definitely recommend it

Compact, fully equipped apartment - perfect for a short stay for our family of 4.

Pros: Convenient location right next to the MRT station making it easy to get around and avoid the infamous manila traffic. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, hot shower, quiet A/C and all furnishings new. Good space planning in a compact sized apartment- even a desk area to work at. Check in and check out instructions clear and host immediately responsive to all questions.

Excellent location and very clean and modern condo

Pros: Excellent location with mall underneath, including supermarket and eateries. Security staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend for a small family of 3 like ours.

Cons: I hadn’t noticed how small the double bedroom was, or that we had to crawl into/out of the bed. That said it was comfortable for sleep. Cleaning staff ringing doorbell at 7.15am was not ideal but we understand the hours for rubbish collection.
