Conveniently located in the heart of China Town and good value for money

Pros: Conveniently located in the heart of China Town near all the shops and eateries! It also has an elevator which is a bliss after travelling around the country and having to carry up luggage up and down stairs. It is good value for money and the room is what I expected. Staff were very helpful and accommodating! There also is a water kettle and mugs to welcome you in the room after your journey (and toilet paper for those of us who need it! 😉).

Cons: Note that there is a security deposit 1000 PHP to be paid upon check-in. Given that the building, fire sprinkler and electrical sockets looked very old in my room and that the A/C outside radiator was making a foreboding ruckus, it should be me who should get the security deposit from the hotel. 😉😅 Also, I could hear a lot of street noise and children calling from the 6th floor but I only discovered on my second and last night there that a window behind the curtain had been open to let fresh air in and that a family with children was living on the roof in the opposite building, so it might be actually quiet enough if you close the window (the handle on mine was missing but I managed to almost shut it anyway).

Pros: All staffs are good, rooms are clean and safe. Highly Recommended

Cons: None... all are excellent

Pros: What I love about the property was it was in a location where all restaurants and travel destinations are accessible. The staff were very accommodating and hospitable. The room was clean and tidy when we got there and it’s quite huge compared to the pictures. The coffee, milk tea and hot chocolate that can br bought from the hotel’s café is also quite exceptional! We really did book a great deal with this hotel and would probably consider this an option the next time we visit Binondo/Ongpin!

Cons: I guess one thing I didn’t like about this particular property is that the sliding door in the bathroom is quite hard to close and makes screeching sounds that makes it sound like it’s close to breaking down. Other than that, there’s nothing else.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

Pros: The place is in Chinatown which was just a walking distance to all my suppliers in Ongpin area. The staff were all polite, helpful and hospitable. Clean but because the hotel is already quite old, maintenance and repairs must be considered. Generally I give it a good rating nevertheless.

Cons: My 1st day seems uneasy. I can smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere maybe from the room next door. It was very suffocating. I tried putting off the exhaust, checked windows and I think it was partly from a small opening on the window. I have to request for housekeeping. Immediately though it was attended. The next day was better until the duration of my stay. Because of the location, with the casino also in the building, expect slight noise from the outside.

Pros: Hôtel très bien, chambre impeccable, personnels accueillant, restaurant à même l'hôtel. Si vous aimez être dans un secteur achalandé de Manille, le Quartier chinois.

Pros: The room was clean and they provided us with 2 bottled water upon check in. There are towels , soap, shampoo and toothbrush with toothpaste. The staff are nice and polite.

Cons: The tv has no signal

Pros: We had a nice stay here. Hotel staff are accommodating.

Cons: What I didn't like was the smell of cigarette smoke upon entering the hotel. The following day, cigarette smoke smells in the corridor. Cigarette butts were thrown in the garbage bins near the elevator. The hotel management must be strict in implementing NO SMOKING and to use the SMOKING AREA.

Pros: The staff are great including those in the restaurant. They let us check in early and check out late. The location was in the center of Binondo.

Cons: Although rooms are not smoking and the facility you can still smell smoke in hallways and the elevator
