Pros: 1. the location, it's walking distance from the malls 2. the front desk staff were so lively and courteous . 3. the elevator attendant is so courteous.

Cons: only 1. it's the room boy😢, i asked one of them to give us extra rag because there are water droplets from the AC, i also asked for a tub for the water droplets, he asked the room number and i told him, unfortunately there were no rag and tub i requested until we checked out. maybe he's too busy to attend our needs so we just fixed it😊
