Quiet neighbourhood, polite team and great rooftop sunset view

Pros: Had quite a comfortable stay here. I extended from one night to a week. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff is young and polite, from the front office day& night to the housekeeping team. I loved their rooftop sunset view. Eateries and supermarket are all within walking distance.

Cons: The air conditioning and fan were quite noisy. Additionally, the AC unit had a slight odor and needs cleaning.

Pros: No noiise and therefore good place to sleep. Friendly staff. Value for money!

Great facilities and has a good customer service

Pros: I like how comfy and clean the room. The staffs are also very nice and approachable. It's affordable but still ensures the facilities are in good condition, and they made sure to provide helpful and good customer services. I recommend this place if you want a quiet and comfy location to stay, whether it's a short or long stay.

Cons: Nothing really.

Cons: As suggestion I say they could put a mini-fridge in the room, because Manila is so hot that you always need to drink cold stuff. And it would be nice to put something like a night table near the bed and a light!

Good place to stay

Pros: This is overall a good place to stay and a quiet area with a small Mall nearby.

Value for money

Pros: I like the proximity of the property to a mall. Neighborhood where property is located is quiet and peaceful. The reception is also a Cafe store, so I ordered drinks while waiting for my room to be prepared. They allowed early check-in as there was a room available. The room we were given was spacious. Shower temp can be adjusted.

Cons: I wish the AC is centralized since only the bedroom is cold. I wish they have more provisions for bath - soap should be separated from hand soap. Conditioner aside from shampoo was expected but alas it's only shampoo.

It was a good stay

Pros: They don’t serve breakfast I wish they did but everything else was amazing.

It was convenient, it's mostly comfy and it's good enough to stay at or have a little hang out in.

Pros: They do not serve breakfast, however it is situated near local eateries and a mall with their own restaurants as well and the hotel does serve their own pastries and coffee at their Estoria Cafe lobby.

Cons: The sofa in our suite was spring-based than mostly foam-based and when we got there some of the springs were already broken or missing and it made sitting on the sofa painful so we had to use pillows from the bed to at least cushion the entire sofa.

Very nice stay, clean and easy to check in/out.

Pros: Reception service 24/7. We checked out at night and there was no issue with getting the deposit/documents back. Clean rooms, great view from rooftop.

Cons: No silent air conditioning but this is standard in Philippines, no safe locker in rooms, one window wasn’t locked when we arrived so could be easily opened from outside balcony when we were away, we noticed that on time and locked before left.
