Pros: I loved how close it was to everything, very convenient and it’s so beautiful! The accommodation itself has everything you need.

Cons: I loved everything but the aircon was dripping during our stay but it didn’t really bother us:)

It was a very good stay in the hotel after all. Excellent staff specially the hotel manager.

Pros: Breakfast was ok, but not much. It should have been better if it was buffe'. Kitchen staff were nice and friendly and courteous.

Cons: Booking.com did not deliver on time our already paid hotel reservation to Festive Hotel Makati. This created serious problems for our accomodation because we had no accomodation in the hotel at all. I had to pay the first night just so we can rest for the night. The reservation arrived in the hotel a day after. The hotel staff did their best to help us. But we had serious discussions about what happened. Not their fault absolutely.

Pros: I like the room and it was so cleaned. It's really good for staycation and very good staffed. I like the way the staffed treat us there and very comfortable to sleep and stay.
