Pros: This is a proper hotel, which is not so obvious in Manila.

Cons: No lifts - problems when lots of heavy luggage, but the staff is very helpful

Would stay again

Pros: Friendly staff, clean. We were given a welcome drink when we arrived, that was a nice touch. Only stayed one night before we travelled onwards but would stay again.

Pros: The room is very confortable and silent. It is very well furnished. It's location allow to reach the nearest mall in less than five minutes walk. The staff is great. The assisted us with the transfer from/to the airport. They allow us to store our bagpacks during our trip to other sites in the Philippines. Despite we arrived at 3:00 am, they let us to check in. We really appreciate the whole stay and staff.

Don’t hesitate, book it!

Pros: The room was big, the bathroom was big and clean, the location is also very good. I would book again!

Cons: The only thing was that the elevator was not working at the time of my stay and while showering the water was leaking a bit to the rest of the bathroom. But nothing mayor and nothing that would make me uncomfortable or upset.

Pros: The staffs were very helpful. We can already check-in to our two rooms though we arrived at 5am and checkout at 6am was not a problem. The room was clean and quiet and bed was comfortable.

Beautiful room, clean and lovely staff.

Pros: The check in process was quick and easy, room was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed - safe, tv, toiletries and microwave.

Cons: The location did seem a bit dodgy at night - I wouldn’t want walk around here at night alone. It wasn’t an issue for me as I took a grab.

Great hotel with nice staff

Pros: Great place to stay. We were really early for check in and they let us into our room (so grateful as we’re tired from flight). They assisted us in organising taxis and let us keep bags there morning of departure. Nice team and rooms were lovely

Cons: Location isn’t great for touring and seeing sites

Nice place to stay

Pros: The staff were so nice and helpful! Even I came in the middle of night they just give me a key and said go to rest first! The room was nice and clean Not far from metro station and have combini in two steps
