Pros: Everything. Allow check in at 3:30 am. Good staff good location prompt attention to request

Decent nice family run like Hotel.

Pros: 30 min walking to reach Makati center.Fridge,hot water shower,nice view from balcony,comfy bed,towels.Its a 4 floor local neighborhood cozy hotel.Friendly staff.

Cons: No elevator.Basic amenities.

Pros: Location and staff, the place is very cozy as well, absolute value for money.

Cons: Very minor for me - the door lock is so old and one of those really tough keys to work on. They could maybe do with upgrading it to better lock mechanism or tap card.

Very good overall

Pros: The entirety of the stay is very good. Staffs are all so accommodating and they're willing to extend their help anything you might need like a service kettle. Dining utensils are also present. Complimentary toiletries, a shower area, bidet. I guess the only con for this hotel is there's no elevator and we're in 4th floor. No problem. A brief cardio is also good for the health. Aircon is on as long as you want but turn it off when you're not around just a little courtesy. It won't hurt. The place is located near document processing establishments, shopping mall, medical clinic. Area is quiet enough although don't expect an outside view. Will definitely be coming back here if deemed necessary in the future.

Cons: No elevator but understandable since the staircase is wide enough so you won't get tired easily.

Pros: The owner was friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for. One should consider the price and location relative to the price then not still expect 5 star amenities. We will stay here again if we return to Manila

Pros: Cleanliness, safety, 24-hour staff not sleeping and friendly, lots of plants so it’s cool in the lobby.

Cons: Lacking amenities like no microwave to warm up food, they charge the use of fridge P100.00 a day

Cons: Dodatkowa kaucja (w pełni zwrócona) z kilkustronnicową listą czego nie wolno i za co klient zostanie obciążony. Dość nieprzyjazne w dzisiejszych czasach.

Pros: Simpel hotel goede ontvangst voldoende om alleen te overnachten .Er is een frigo en waterkoker beschikbaar op de kamer en een kleine keuken ook de prijs is correct .Een veilige buurt je voelt u hier op uw gemak.

Cons: De tappen naar de kamers zijn nogal lastig als je op de boven verdieping zit.

Restful and worth it. Value for money without compromising quality of service

Pros: Friendly and courteous staff, prompt transaction was done , no time wasted for travellers like me who are tired and wants to rest.
