Pros: I like that it's very affordable. I think it's one with the lowest offer. The property manager, ms. carol, is a very nice and hassle free person to talk to.

Cons: The interior design of the unit can use a little update, however, it doesnt really affect our stay.

Pros: The host was so kind, attentive, and considerate. It was an excellent service. Also, her niece was kind as the host. The price was budget friendly and the place was just right for me and my family. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Thank you so much Ms. Carol. May God bless you more.

Cons: It's not that I really don't like it, but maybe it would be better to have a smaller table since the place isn't that spacious, but overall it's fine.

Also, one more thing that I loved in this property is how the host communicated. She answered my questions in a short period of time. No hassle and stress in my whole stay. Pros: Everything! All were kind and accommodating. They even waived the extended hour fee. We will definitely book again.

Cons: The aircon. We did not know that it should only be good for 23. We changed it to 16 and the bed got wet because of the dripping from the aircon moisture. It was our mistake though.

Very nice host and very nice apts.

Pros: Very nice host and very nice apts. Clean, stove works well, enough utensils. Good hot water pressure in the shower. Towels and bed linen of good quality. New air conditioner, works quietly and maintains the set temperature well. I will stay here again and recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: Loved the location as it was close to all the sites we visited. Carol and her nephew Jason, who greeted us upon arrival, were wonderful hosts. Carol was always easy to reach via text or call and promptly answered all my queries.
