Bright 2-bedroom condo with pool in BGC Uptown

Excellent condo for multi day stays

Pros: Prime location adjacent to Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi Mall. Spacious condo with full kitchen and laundry in unit. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Water pressure for showers excellent. Pool amenity a bonus. Highly recommend for multi day stays.

Cons: Kettle required a socket that was not available in the unit so we boiled water for coffee using a pot and stove. Just mentioning it but not a big deal.

Pros: We love the location, it was very central to everything we needed and wanted to do. There were lots of restaurants and shops and taxi/grab rides were very accessible.

Comfortable stay for a group of friends or family. Communicative host.

Pros: Property was clean and spacious. Good location next to two malls. Lots of restaurants around too.

Cons: Water pressure in the unit and barely any hot water.

Pros: The host is easy to contact and also quite accommodating. The location is superb and very convenient. The views were nice. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The minimalist vibe of the place is good for if you have little kids (less chance of breaking stuff). The dining table was extendable and was a good size. Will definitely stay here again!

Cons: The oven tray was dirty, with sauce from previously cooked food (seemed like bbq sauce). There were mould stains in the bath tub. The hot water was a bit hard to control and there was limited amount of toiletries (probably only good for 2 days) available for a 9 day stay. The aircon in the master room was a bit weak and made noise. However, overall we still had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Cons: The unit needs some repairs, especially the ceiling which has noticeable damage due to water leaks. Maybe try to check the water heater, too!

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay

Pros: The check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was very helpful. No delays. Staff at the lobby were all friendly and accommodating. I love the location. Place is clean and it’s a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Just right for us four. Very cozy and the internet connection is superb!

Cons: Because the bathroom is not well ventilated all the time, when you first walk in, especially the bathroom in the master bedroom, smells musty and moldy. Maybe there are leaks in the plumbing system or something. It went away eventually when we kept the exhaust fan on overnight and sprayed Lysol, disinfectant. This might not be a problem to others but because I have an allergy to mold, it bothered me a little. Other than that, everything else is great!
