Pros: Super friendly and helpful host, great view and location, nice apartment. Overall, the value for our money was amazing.

Great location right beside De La Salle University Taft Ave.

Pros: Location and ease of checking in/checking out. The location and size of the unit was great. Wifi is good and stable. Not the fasted but still pretty good. There is also the option for car parking, but we did not need it.

Cons: A few minor wear and tear issues but nothing really that would be considered a deal breaker. I would suggest that the property owners take a look at some of their facilities such as the toilet water closet not fulling shutting off (thus water is wasted) and water pooling inside the floor of the bathroom (tiles are not properly laid). Also, we were unable to get the tv cable working.
