Safe place to stay. Accessible to public transport( jeepneys) Walking distance to tourist spots

Pros: It feels home away from home. The bed, duvet and pillows smells nice and clean. Love the simplicity of the home decors. Facilities and appliances/ furnitures serves their purposes accordingly. The property is tiled which is great and I personally liked the chosen colour. However, I feel the carpet should be removed as not everyone removes their outdoor foot wear( we brought our own slippers). Convenience store( 7 eleven) became so handy to grab some essentials. The host is very accommodating to our needs and she replies promptly to our messages. The security staffs were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The banging sounds of doors from the nearby units. The people using the gym at night are quite loud which is opposite to the unit There’s an ongoing construction from the old Harrison site and there were times they carried out evening work, hence, some noises too. Parking outside the condotel is free but park at your own risk. We used the paid parking site @ P100 per day.
