Nice,clean,relaxing place

Pros: The place is clean and tidy. The cold from the aircontioner cools the room all the way to the living room. There's an extra fan in the unit that makes the place colder. You can see the beautiful sunset of Manila bay when you go outside in the balcony. Very relaxing while watching the sunset. The internet connection is fast. Mam Neriza is very accommodating. She maintain the place clean. All my inquiries are answered promptly.

Cons: Nothing i can say. All you need is there. It feels like home....

It was indeed comfortable.

Pros: This is my second time in this property. It really feels like home especially the complete amenities provided.

Cons: We were informed that the building has problem with cockroaches and yes it really is. So, keep your food and garbage covered.

Pros: location is superb, there is a mini grocery mart at the ground floor of the building, i love how complete the facilities were. you can cook and wash your clothes if you need to. the view from outside the balcony is stunning esp on a clear night. you get to see the city lights and the sunset too. it feels safe as security from entrance is present. smooth check in and coordination from staff. will definitely book again if we're going back to manila. it can comfortable sleep 5 adults. there is a private double bed room and an extra bunk bed in the living room that can sleep 3 adults comfortably.

Cons: since train track is just infront of the building, you will minimally hear it when it passes by and will feel the tremble somehow. but my mom didnt feel it.. just something to consider for those who prefer a strict quiet environment but if you're like us that doesn't mind it, its really of great value.

Our stay was good and we were happy and satisfied. Looking forward to book the unit again

Pros: The sea and city view from the balcony. The unit was big for 3 persons. All the things we needed was provided by the property manager and her sister

Pros: Es war alles so wie auf den Bildern, Check in war easy. Es wurde sich im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes immer gekümmert sofort reagiert. Der Ausblick ist mega vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang oder Nachts.

Cons: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

A perfect place to stay

Pros: Our family stayed for 10 days and had absolutely wonderful time. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The unit is filled with all the amenities needed, easy access to restaurants,convenience store,coffee shops and importantly grocery store at the ground floor. Miss Mina were very easy to communicate with and the booking was trouble free. We would definitely consider this place again when we come back.

Pros: Good location. Staff was kind and helpful. Only critique would be a little more detail check in process/ info… like about the keycards and pool access etc

Pros: Highly recommended! Great value for money. The place is relatively spacious with fascinating view. Our check in was pretty seamless and hassle-free. Just about everything we need for our stay has been provided. Feels a lot like home. Grocery store is conveniently located at the ground floor of the building.
