Pros: You can cook at the room. With grocery (green mall)

Cons: Waiting time at elevator.

Pros: I like the kitchen it allows you to cook your daily needs and the ambiance and veranda of the ubit

Cons: The bed is not comfy and the television is not working well.

Good location if you are in Manila.

Pros: The staff were honest and accommodating. In our haste to attend the event I left my ID at the Unit. The staff immediately communicated with me and gave me my ID. Thank you.

Cons: The noise from the street below. Not the fault though of the host.

Pros: Location is what i like the most, accessible in everything.

Cons: Chargeable electricity not really good, i left my kids alone in Condo when the electricity went off they were so scared as no candle either. Tried to call the green staff but that time i guess they are busy, even the guard helped us to reached them. After almost 45mins of waiting, lights was recharged again.

Pros: I like the fact that it has kitchen and the groceries just downstairs the hotel..

Cons: We have trouble with the TV and wifi and also there's fewer little roaches that I kill..I think that been taking care off the facilities would be alot better..

Pros: My stay was cheaper than my stay 2 months ago. The staff are polite. The location is very accessible to grocery, coffee shops, and schools.

Cons: It takes time waiting for the elevator. You have to allot waiting time so you won't be late. There are still insects (small cockroaches)

Pros: I like the way they approach guests from checking in to checking out. Location is beyond exceptional for those love and stay in metro manila. No need to worry and quaries since the communication with the staff via emails and calls are accessable. I definitely love to book soon in the future and recommend some of my friends and family.

Cons: The Elevator 🛗 devastating waiting for a 10 to 15 mins. But it's okay it's the facilities areas of improvement needs to address. Most of my stay they are 2 elevators who are closed and malfunctioned that's the main reason we prolonged in huge minutes of waiting in elevator lobby.

Great value for less cost

Pros: I don't understand why this property got a low review rate. I found almost everything to exceed my expectations. The unit was squeaky clean, we had all the amenities as advertised, the kitchen was completely-equipped, we were provided with a full gallon of filtered drinking water, and what's more, we received a complementary breakfast for 2 everyday during our stay. Given what we paid for our unit, I can honestly say that we got more than we could rightly expect for that amount. I'm a level 3 genius user of this app. This means that I've been to more than a few establishments locally and abroad. I can competently compare and I'm saying now that this property deserves a high rating.

Cons: The mattress is kind of thin so it wasn't too comfortable to sleep on. For this reason, I gave the property a 9 instead of a 10.
