Overall, I am very pleased with the level of accommodation and service provided by the staff.

Pros: I really like how the staff engages with guests. They are welcoming, attentive, and accommodating.

Cons: Unfortunately, the air-conditioning is not cooling effectively, even though we booked an air-conditioned room. That said, the staff has been accommodating and is promptly checking to resolve the concern.

Cons: They charge 1000 PHP deposit, so you have to wait by the check out until they check the room and give you the money back, and sometimes it takes too long. They charge the fee if you want to bring some stuff from 7Eleven, even if their restaurant is closed and you can not buy anything there.

Fantastic group accommodation for a very reasonable price

Pros: Great budget accommodation. Especially for a large group which we were. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating..

Cons: PowerPoints were all hanging out of the walls. Not only is this dangerous but it meant that none of our devices charged which made our flight home difficult.

Pros: Great pool amenities. Location is very close to two of Manila’s main metro train lines for those who enjoy trying local public transport. Clean cool room and friendly staff. Wifi was strong.

Cons: Not the most interesting or pleasant area of town- a busy and industrial district- but that’s of course out of the property’s control!

Pros: The staff are all very welcoming... we came early before our check in time but Ms Gel find us a very suitable room for 5.

Cons: The room itself is very clean. Toilet is separated from bath. They also have kettle and hairdryer which was very useful to us. And the pool is very nice and cozy...

Pros: The place was very clean even with a lot of people who booked for rooms during our stay.

Cons: Security-wise, we were a bit worried when it was so easy for us to request for the staff to have our rooms opened by another key card. For us, there was a lack of verification if we were really those who are staying at a dorm-type room.

Pros: The room was okay, I'd say that pricing was very fair to the service provided. Generally it's a good spot. The neighbourhood is relatively loud, at the same time the place provides extra activities which is a bonus. Our stay was short so not much to say on those.

Cons: The fridge is definately not capable of keeping things cool. Other than that really no complaints.
