The Heritage Hotel Manila

Loved it! Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Of the 7 different hotels my partner and I stayed in during our trip, this place was our favourite. Spacious room, big bed, he loved the pillows, although our room was facing the main road, there was very little noise (unlike our other hotels stays), blackout curtains were great, aircon worked well, this place actually had HOT water! (All our other hotels didn't. Only warm water, if that), the staff were always so friendly and helpful, the free shuttle to and from MOA was super convenient, the markets right outside were great for street food eats. If that's not your thing then there's Jollibee right across the road and Mang Inasal a short walk away. We felt so safe and comfortable during our stay. My partner says that the next time we're in Manila, he wants to stay here again.

Cons: The only cons are cosmetic which didn't really bother us. You could tell the hotel has been around for a while due to the styling of the room, furniture and even the aircon. It was a switch thing on the wall and not a remote. But it still worked well! Apart from that, we liked everything else. Hopefully they get around to updating the rooms like they did the higher floors.

Post-Birthday Weekend Stay

Pros: Check in was smooth. We had our pre-paid rooms upgraded to Executive as we were told they're fully booked for the Club Twin and Club King rooms. It wasn't because of my birthday but it was a nice-to-have gesture nonetheless. The rooms were spacious and bare and the beds were neat and comfortable. The rooms have 2 TVs each with limited channels. The bathrooms have separate showers and tubs, but the toilets have no bidet. The hotel was very near SM MOA and the rest of the compound so we were able to do a lot during our stay. Parking was easy too so we didn't get to try waiting for the shuttle to and from MOA. We had an evening swim and the pool was quite heated, so we enjoyed that too.

Cons: Housekeeping skipped one of our 2 rooms during the morning so we had to call it in.

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay

Pros: The staff are friendly the lobby bar menu selections of food and the pool

Cons: No bidet on the toilet

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic, hotel feels super fancy, and room prices are very reasonable. Room had a huge bath!

Cons: Furniture in bedroom felt dated

Pros: Amazing size room, very clean, friendly staff, really nice restaurant on the ground floor, nice swimming pool, right outside a market nice for an evening walk.

Cons: Nothing, all was very good.

It was clean, comfy & relaxing. And, foods are great!

Pros: Overall stay is very comfortable, staffs are very respectful & friendly, location is near to Airport and MOA.

Cons: I have a problem in some of the staff in the restaurant because they keep on removing my plate with foods on it without even asking permission. I just went by very quick to get fruits and when I return to my table everything is gone even my hot coffee. This happened to me twice during breakfast. I even left my room key on the table so they will know that I am just around. It is not good because most of the time it will spoil the guest(s) appetite.

Excellent stay near MOA

Pros: A special mention to Paolo from the front desk who is a kind and nice person

Short stay at heritage

Pros: The hotel is dated but has a charm about it,the swimming pool is relaxing the beds are comfortable,the rooms are big,and the staff are all friendly and helpful⅕

Cons: Not much.

Pros: Close to Mall of Asia, free shuttle provided. Spacious rooms, courteous and friendly staff.

Cons: The room we had (interconnected) was evidently dated, furniture and bathroom very basic and needs replacement. Late evening party noise from outside the hotel for both nights that we stayed.
