My 2nd stay at Urban Hotel.

Pros: Location is accessible anywhere. I get what I paid for so I wouldn't expect much but I appreciated that the room especially the toilet was clean and smells good. What made me booked here is you have a rooftop and a pool that most of the surrounding hotels did not have.

Cons: The couches on the reception area looks uncleaned. Small chips on the walls, tables and chairs could be fixed. Our room 510, the compressor of the air-conditioner is so loud.

Pros: place is nice and clean, close to shopping area, MOA and airport. staff and nice and accommodating too. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the swimming pool.

Pros: The staff, are all amazing ..they are all polite and accomodating from the checked in by steph, and checked out, bellman, security , waiters from buffet breakfast.

Cons: The building is bit old and need renovations. Our shower is rusty and not so clean.

Pros: The staff are superb for their courtesy and diligence. Location, food, and the value of your money are just great. I also super like the 'no tipping' policy of the hotel. Thanks heaps

Cons: Not all parts of the building are air-conditioned. It's so hot when you get out of the room.

I recommend this for short-stay bookings.

Pros: Fast WIFI, excellent breakfast - they are so hospitable, they especially cooked a TJ hotdog for my husband when he requested it for free. Huge space, we got the 2 floor room. Very close to MOA and requesting a grab ride is so fast.

Cons: The bath is broken, bathroom needs to be updated. It took speaking to 3 people to book the shuttle service, the 1st 2 said they booked it and when I tried to confirm with the 3rd receptionist, seems like it was not booked and just imagine the hassle if I did not confirm it as our trip flight was early. Drinks room service took an hour to arrive and I had to follow up to get our orders. Seems like there is an issue with the reception in this hotel.
