For the price,it is hard to beat it

Pros: I have stayed here 4 times..Close to the airport, close to restaurants and to Mall of Asia.Great staff.Normally very quiet inside the hotel. Also close to public transit locations

Pros: We’d like to sincerely thank you for accommodating our early check-in request. It made a big difference for us, especially since my partner had limited time. Your flexibility and understanding were truly appreciated, and it helped make our stay much more comfortable. Thank you again for the excellent service!

Cons: We’d also like to share a few suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience. It would be great if slippers and basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, small soap) were provided in the room for added convenience. Additionally, we noticed that one of the nearby water dispensers was empty during our stay—having it regularly refilled would be very helpful, as the next available dispenser was quite far from our assigned room. Lastly, we hope the elevator will be fixed by our next stay, as it would make moving around much more convenient—especially for guests with luggage or mobility concerns. Thank you again for your hospitality, and we look forward to staying with you again.

Cons: The entry into the room was very tight You couldn't get the door fully open because it was stopped by the bed..My only complaint

All is well, but sometimes, the staff should consider their guest for what they are been asking for.

Pros: Value for money and the bellboy is very helpful except the F.O during my arrival to the hotel

Pros: The cleanliness of the area and how spacious the room🥺 I got to get a good night sleep in my stay at Maine Residences.

Cons: It's not that I don't like it but I hope to see a Hotel Dental Kit inside the bathroom. Another thing is the light switch is confusing to use. Not user friendly though 'cause you need to tap many switches to light up a specific bulb.

Pros: I specifically chose this location because it’s super convenient for my itinerary, really close to the airport and MOA. If you're planning to visit Intramuros, Makati, or even Cubao, just hop on the MRT or LRT, both of which are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff are also very accommodating and make the stay even better.

Pros: La habitación era espaciosa y se estaba bien con el aire acondicionado. Supongo que es de lo más barato para alojarse cerca del aeropuerto y cumple con lo necesario para pasar una noche ahí.

Cons: Yo entiendo que el check in es a las 14.00 pero el hotel estaba casi vacío y creo que habría sido un detalle dejarnos entrar antes ya que llegamos a las 9 de la mañana. Cuando entramos había bichos en el baño y el ascensor estaba en obras y según leí otras reseñas lleva bastante tiempo así.
