Aurora Suites Pasay near Airport

Pros: It's close to the airport and the ladies at reception were super kind and friendly.

Cons: The pool didn't look very clean (although there appeared to be some sort of work going on).

Great location for airport, and very helpful, professional and helpful staff.

Pros: This hotel is in a very good location for access to Ninoy Airport. I had a late flight and the staff were very accommodating for my late check in. I liked my room, the shower was hot, there was a tv and comfortable bed. Breakfast was arranged for a certain time in the morning and was cooked fresh, there is a choice of breakfasts.

Cons: It was fine.

Great stay near the airport

Pros: Everything you need was there, including a single use toothbrush

Cons: The room was a bit small but it’s what youd expect for the price

Pros: Used the facility for 2 hours only but the service received was awesome

Pros: The breakfast was freshly done and on time.The location is very accessible to the venue of the convention and to the airport.

Cons: Not really dislike,but just a suggestion that a staff may assist in calling /booking a taxi.

Pros: Every time I revisit this place, Grace and Stef at reception recognize me and are so lovely to me and their regular driver Robert has become my regular driver in Manila every time I need an airport pickup or dropoff! It's always good to catch up with him after a while. Love the people that work here! And I always sleep well ;)

Pros: Staff are very accommodating. There were services that were not available in the hotel but staff were willing to guide and inform me where to avail the services. That was quite helpful. Food was also delivered in the room at the right time. Love it.

Cons: There was only a part that they don't get the trash in the room every day. I requested that the trash be removed but staff got busy and forgot. The FO instructed me to leave my trash outside my room and it was removed.

Short stay after a long trip from airplane

Pros: Affordable place, there is a pool, easy access to water for drinking and could use the cooler for storage. My mom and I I whom arrived early were able to borrow bowls for us to eat and they accommodate us

Cons: There are times the internet is slow or none at all ( it disconnects ). My sisters and aunt arrived late due to massive traffic and couldn't order food nor borrow since it's until 11 pm but we could wash our tupperware for us to eat.

Pros: They allowed the kid to stay with the parents in 1 room even tho the app suggested to get another room for the kid

Cons: Understandable but it would be better if kitchen hours could be at least 12 or 1 am for late comers
