Pros: 1st the location - accessible to everything, transportation, restaurant and others...and importantly accommodating staff.

Cons: They didn't have an emergency generator. Unfortunately during our stay, there was a power interruption and we were forced to use stairs (from the 38th floor). However, they have provided water for the people who used stairs.
