Amazing staff and very nice hotel!

Pros: Amazing staff and very nice hotel! I felt very comfortable getting back to the hotel after a lively and noisy day of exploring the city. Having stayed there for four nights, I would recommend it.

Cons: The lights in the room are a bit too dim for me, but everything else was great. Thank you!

Pros: Although the hotel is old, the elevator is fast. It is walking distance from Quirino Grandstand where the event took place. We had a good stay.

Cons: We had to replace our refrigerator because it's dirty. It was replaced immediately, though. Also, whenever we call the front desk, it just keeps on ringing.

Old hotel. Good location in the middle of Ermita.

Pros: Location. Very accessible to everything. Robinson is nearby. USEM is within walking distance (kinda). Very convenient to those who need to go to SLEC. MRT, groceries, fast foods, eateries are in the area

Cons: Kinda pricey. And the hotel should have added the use of the ref as part of their offering.
