Excellent and very pleasant.

Pros: The front desk staff who prepared everything for us. He was exceptional in his service. Readily provide us extra bed at no charge… I don’t need to ask for it. He also organised me and my kids’ breakfast because we wouldn’t be able to have ours at the cafe for our flight is early morning. Truly a very pleasant experience.

My family has an awesome stay and got everything we needed at this hotel.

Pros: Conveniently located near parks and museums, with plenty of restaurants and massage spots in the area.

Cons: Their customer service is superb. Good for family stay.

Nice hotel, comfortable room.

Pros: I had one of the recently refurbished deluxe rooms and so most of the room facilities were modern and clean. Although the room had a window, there was no view (but not a big deal as really jus a place to sleep). A buffet breakfast was available and staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is located on Avenue Mabini which is a pretty run down area but is very convenient for getting the Si Kat bus to Puerto Galera. Once inside the hotel it felt safe, clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Cons: Shower room is very small (space for one person to stand between washbasin, toilet and shower) but the shower was new and effective.
