Enjoyable stay in Manila

Pros: Good location, lots of places to eat, shop. 15 min walk to Intramuros and Rizal Park on the way. The staff is very helpful. Although hair dryer and electric kettle was not in the room when I asked for it I got it. Bed was comfortable, aircon worked very well. If you are not looking for fancy place this one is a good place to stay. I found out only when leaving that there is a possibility to have breakfast there as well.

Cons: Extremely small bathroom. The shower cabinet was ok, spacious but the rest so tiny that it was difficult to get in.

Wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff were helpful and courteous. The location is just a few steps from a convenience store and close to fastfood centers.

Value-for-money

Pros: Location was close to Intramuros and Rizal Park, as well as Robinsons Place Shopping Mall, so very convenient to go sightseeing and shopping. For the price I paid, it was really value for money. The staff was also very helpful and greeted me everytime they saw me, giving off a family feel.

Cons: Would have been wonderful if my room had a small fridge. Some parts of the bathroom need cleaning or maintenance, but it was a small issue and didn’t affect my stay at all.

Friendly staff, close to restaurants and grocery store.

Pros: The hotel is close to everything. Staff are friendly, specially the guards on duty (they always greet every guest). Housekeeping and front desk team are always courteous. They are accomodating and approachable. 2nd day of stay, wifi is under repair but they informed me and it was fixed within few hours. I prefer staying in this hotel rather than other hotel in the area because it is less noisy at night. This hotel is also a walking distance to Robinsons Manila and puregold.
