A very warm Philippines welcome awaits

Pros: A nice big room, comfy twin bed very powerful shower and two minutes walk from the best Korean chicken ive ever eaten! Staff super friendly

Cons: Not many traditional breakfast items but to be expected as not in the UK! Enjoyed trying Philippines breakfast very meaty, but yet flavoursome. Was able ro enjoy loads of fruit, theres an egg station. About 30 minutes from thr airport in a taxi. Oyster downside there is construction going on in opposite building so dont forget your ear plugs. We only stayed one night so okay. Television didnt work bo reception, but thats fine as didnt come halfway across the world to watch telly!

Pros: When I booked with booking.com I had 2 choices online for same room. For extra $50 I paid it was a choice for faster internet. When I got there they said it was not an option. Your company website is now under investigation.

Pros: The friendly & very helpful staff in the entire hotel

Cons: Breakfast is not bad but it could be better.

Good hotel for the money but not modern

A big, comfortable, high standard hotel, excellent for discovering the very centre of Manila

Pros: The property was spacious and the rooms were generously proportioned. The location was excellent for many local places of interest, including shops, coffee bars, restaurants, museums and the aquarium. The hotel had a full range of facilities including a pool, coffee bar, restaurant, fitness room and bar. The staff were exceptional in their level of customer care. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. This was what sets the Manila Prince Hotel apart and makes the stay enjoyable and incredibly pleasant. The level of customer care provided for the price of the rooms is truly exceptional and we will certainly be returning.

Cons: There was very little to dislike. I would say that dislike is too strong a term. The rooms could do with updating but the shower for example, was powerful and everything worked as it should.

No pets at breakfast dining area.

Pros: I loved the aircon and really good shower along with the giant bed.

Cons: I understand it is a pet friendly hotel but people bringing their dogs into the dining area for breakfast where other guests are eating should really be discouraged unless the dog is an assistance dog such as a guide dog. No one needs their dog at the breakfast table.

Great place to stay

Pros: Good breakfast, found the gym and pool good best was The Hyde Bar in the cupboard

New Discovery for a great stay in Manila

Pros: We used to stay in another hotel along Roxas Boulevard whenever we were in Manila. This time we tried Manila Prince Hotel and we're glad that we did. The service provided by all levels of staff was excellent, very welcoming, polite, friendly and responsive. We were impressed with the breakfast team, especially Bryan who was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Others include Paolo, Jim, Aries and Joy also provided similar great service during our 9 days stay here. There is a wide variety of choices of local and international cuisine. The ambience is great and the place is spacious. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and safe too. Its location is excellent and near the United Nations train station. Since it's located at the United Nations Square, there are also a wide range of restaurants available nearby. Highly recommended and definitely value for money.
