Pros: We like the amenities. Our kid was able to spend her birthday in Dreamplay, we had dinner in Mary Grace which are all within the COD. They also had fun swimming.

Cons: Food is not allowed which is not what expected.

One of the best

Pros: We were upgraded as it was our honeymoon and the suite we were given was amazing. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the casino on the G floor is pretty nuts. My only slight problem was that Nobu restaurant is shut Monday and Tuesday, which is the nights we were staying so we didn't have the meal we came for.

Cons: Very little other than having Nobu restaurant open each night.

A smooth, enjoyable stay from start to finish.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Karl at the reception, who was very helpful and assisted me throughout my stay. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons: The parking was a bit far, but it was fine.

I will definitely come back here again.

Pros: The lunch I had inside the room was perfectly presented and the food tastes nice.

Cons: The first room (rm5517) they gave me wreaks of efficascent oil and it triggered my sinusitis and I got sick. I made a complain the following day and they changed my room to 8817. But next time I'll ask for a floor with no kids as this kids where like screaming in the hallway everytime
