Amazing stay, staff lovely, everything you need

Pros: The staff was very helpful with getting us to the correct building and other questions we had. The rooms are amazing, equipped with everything you need. There’s loads of restaurants and a pool area

Overall a great experience. Must try once

Pros: The size of the rooms - and bathroom, wow!!! The friendly staff The free mini bar snacks and drinks Very generous bottled water

Cons: To get to the restaurants, you need to walk to the casino floor which is a smoking floor. This means their restaurants reeked of smoke! We went once and couldn’t take it so for two night stay we made sure we stayed away and eat at Nobu and Hilaya which were not directly on the casino floor. I also expected a good buffet for a Forbes 5 star hotel instead you get Hyatt buffet (very poor compared to Peninsula/ Shangrila or Marriott) or Ala carte in the pool restaurant.

Perfect spot for a short stopover.

Pros: Loved the hotel. Fabulous spot not too far from the airport. Great room really comfortable. Lovely views. Walked through to the Casino and numerous restaurants. Incredible gardens and pool area , perfect place to relax. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Easy walk to Large shopping centre. Breakfast was enjoyable. Great hotel for a stopover.

Cons: Nothing. Love everything.

Amazing stay

Cons: The breakfast buffet is in a different location. Have to get a shuttle to go there

Pros: The hotel was amazing. The room was perfect. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. You cannot run out of superlatives to rate this place.

Pros: Staff are all ever ready to help with their welcoming smiles. Luxurious rooms and bathrooms. Near huge malls. Plenty of restaurants around the area.

Cons: Inconvenience of everything having to pass through the X-ray before entering Hotel. Smokey smell in lobby due to cigarettes emanating from casino.

Pros: I love our stay in your hotel. Made us feel at best. The staff are all friendly. The room is clean and taking care well at best. The food in the restaurant are all excellent. We will surely coming back.

Cons: What I don't like is that we cannot directly go to the shop. We need to ride the cable when we visit the shop like the dreamplay. The reason is we have baby with us and not allowed to cross in the casino. But we understand and appreciated the hospitality of each staff.
