Good stay but need more clealiness

Pros: How close it is to the malls Very accommodating staffs

Cons: I feel like it’s was not cleaned 100% as i spotted unclean spots in the hotel.

Served its purpose

Pros: Proximity to NAIA terminal 2. Well spaced room for the price.

Cons: My booking states 1 double bed yet 1 was given a room with 2 beds. I told them I booked for 1 double bed not for 2 beds. I was told at the desk it was subject to availability. My booking clearly stated for one bed and no where did I read or was informed that it was “subject to availability “. I didn’t mind in the end though I was made to feel it was my fault. Our booking was to check in from 2pm and we were made to wait for a few minutes considering we arrived around 7pm.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, great facilities.

Pros: Lovely hotel, wonderful service. Very clean and tidy. Great facilities.Staff were happy to help with everything - nothing was too much trouble. Kids loved the Buffett

Cons: I liked everything about this hotel- the only downside is there are no laundry facilities but staff went out of their way to provide contacts so I could get it done.

Our stay was amazing and definitely will reco to our friends and families.

Pros: Staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have been treating every guests with a smile and are very helpful to all of our needs/wants. I once have had an emergency during our stay where I need to come to my husband quickly because he is having some health issues outside the hotel and they really helped me quickly to book a cab. That moment cannot be taken for granted as they made our stay at peace. Also, breakfast buffet is brilliant. Foods were amazing esp the butchi. Please do not remove it in the menu.

Top spot...

Pros: Only 10 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes to Fort Santiago and other attractions. Clean and modern. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Shop for general goods on ground floor, and the in-house restaurant has great food at very reasonable prices. Excellent/ huge pool, but it's shaded so not very warm.. The gym is well equipped..

Cons: A little noisy but far better than most. You get a bit from the elevated trains and also aircraft, but it's generally good for SE Asia. No concierge or ability to book tours etc..would of been handy.

Very cozy homey and comfortable breakfast is superb

Pros: Breakfast is awesome. I like everything about the hotel friendly staffs, clean and spacious.

Cons: or 2 things television is big and very good but no option for movies. Only programs are avail. No local channel and tv cannot connect to the net. Smoking area is very well stricted tho i understand why i just hope to designate more smoking areas. Because i have to go to the pool area just to smoke
