We are happy and thankful to sir toni.he is very approachable especially when we need him.

Pros: The location of the property is very accessible to all.the price and the host is very approachable.

Cons: We dont have chance to go swimming because they have the day which allow only for the visitor.The parking is little bit expensive .we get the parking at the time we came on the place.

Clean, spacious, great facilities and nearby restaurants and malls

Pros: The fast, no hassle check-in to the unit. The facilities and ground area was lively, vibrant and a friendly atmosphere. Also very child friendly. There is a nice park, gym, big pool, and they have BBQ stalls during the weekend which was lovely. The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is a small convenience store on the ground floor. It is nearby SM Megamall, Market Market and Venice Grand Mall.

Pool nur gegen Gebühr! Ist nicht im Preis enthalten!

Pros: Das Apartment ist wirklich schön, sauber und bequem.

Cons: Die Unterkunft wirbt bereits im Titel mit einem Pool. Leider kann dieser nur gegen eine tägliche Gebühr von 200 php genutzt werden. Eben mal schnell reinspringen geht auch nicht, da zunächst an der Rezeption ein Formular ausgefüllt werden muss, danach muss im ug gezahlt werden (geht nur mit amex, visa funktioniert nicht), mit der Quittung muss man nochmal an die Rezeption und da bekommt man dann eine Bescheinigung um in den pool zu dürfen. Für den zweck den wir den Pool wollten, nämlich ab und an zur Erfrischung kurz reinhüpfen ist das nicht praktikabel. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst hätten wir uns für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden.
