Great front desk staff

Pros: The check-in and out is made easy and the hotel is near the airport. Cost of taxi from the airport is 264 pesos. Helpful front desk staffs particularly J. Billiamore who is an asset for this hotel. He dealth with an issue I had in a calm, responsive and proffesional manner. He met my expactation and did not give up until a solution was found like a true gentleman.

Cons: I would have liked if the doors of the toilet and bathroom could be maintained as to not make a crackling noise when isnuse.

Comfy stay close to the airport with a helpful staff

Pros: It was a really comfy bed, the room size was also perfect for us, had everything we needed for the stay to catch our flight back home. The staff was also superb and really friend & helpful, they are the best we met so far.

Pros: all employees were very helpful and kind. very clean rom.

Cons: Nice Hotel located on a very dirty part of Quirino Ave. i picked it because it was close to the airport, Hotel should have own restaurant because there are no decent places to eat in that area.
