Pros: Friendly staffs from reception to house keeping. Nice location restaurants are just nearby and there's free shuttle to the airport. Would definitely book again

Convenient stay close to the airport.

Pros: Close to the airport, with smooth airport transfer. Rooms are clean, have air conditioning and offer all what is needed for a good night sleep. Breakfast was also included. Friendly and helpful staff!

Cons: As it is close to the airport, some traffic noise can be expected.

Great location for fast food.

Pros: Closer to fast food and shuttle pick-up is essential to local and international travellers.

Cons: Water pressure is weak. Customer service at the reception needs improvement - long wait at the reception. I was travelling with toddler and waiting at the reception for 15mins is horrendous. Staff at the reception has taken time with her other duties instead of looking after the guest. Room was ready already, but we waited for 15mins at the lobby as she was still busy with other things. Need to know and understand priority of your guest.

Great for an airport layover

Pros: Location to airport, clean and gave us a place to stay while we waited for our next flight. Gave us a wake up call so we didn't miss the shuttle which was included and got us to the airport with plenty of time to check in.

Cons: A bit marooned(nowhere to walk outside, and taxi service to city very expensive.

Safe and convenient

Pros: Comfortable, quiet, close to airport, in safe gated community, lots of options for food including room service, friendly 24 hour staff and awesome airport service! Free 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. Was very grateful as a solo traveller
