Decent Stay

Pros: Room is decent. Dental kit and slippers are provided. Complimentary bottled water is also provided. There's a mini fridge.

Pros: The staff were amiable and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They responded promptly to my questions and were always willing to assist whenever needed. Their proactive attitude demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

Cons: During our recent stay at the hotel, we noticed that they were in the process of making numerous improvements. Evidently, the hotel was actively working on enhancing various aspects of its services and facilities. I am genuinely looking forward to returning to experience the changes and enhancements firsthand.

Pros: The place is cool. I recommend it to my family and friends.

Cons: No reception inside the room. I had to call my family outside the room to connect. Manageable though.

Pretty good

Pros: I reserved 3 rooms for 3 of us for 2 nights under my name through booking.com..One of us had a problem with travelling so he couldn't make it for the first night but turned up for the second night..When he turned up, we checked him in under his name, not knowing were supposed to check him in under my name as I reserved the rooms..By the way, we paid in cash at the premises..When it's time to check out, we're told that we needed to pay for another room as the system said I booked for 3 rooms..The staff was confused and I understood as that's what the system told her..I said to her, how was I supposed to pay for 4 rooms as I only took 3 rooms..She was confused but very accommodating and tried her best to get it resolved by ringing up the other receptionist that we made payment to and her boss, I believe..I'm glad that she could understand the whole situation after I explained it to her..

Cons: There's no window🤣🤣🤣 wasn't expecting that:)

Pros: I like how it was walking distance from the event location, and there's a nearby convenience store where we can eat our breakfast during our stay.

Cons: We did not have anything we did not like. I just hope they have a restaurant and free breakfast in the future.

Good for Price

Pros: It was value for money. The hotel is located in a quiet location and only 10 min walk to Magallanes train station. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure and had hot and cold options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The hotel looked a bit tired and old. Also you could hear noises from the corridor. The toilet flush was bit weak.
