Pros: The Starr were very welcoming. Lots of stairs to our room (if you have walking issues, I'd mention this)

Cons: Wasn't too keen on the area if I'm honest.

The bldg was formerly apts with a balcony outside your window shared by many rooms. If you value privacy, you really can't open the curtains because guys go on the balcony to smoke. Bed was firm. Cons: At RedDoorz: room was small, no fridge, and I even slipped an fell coming out of the shower because the tiles are so slippery. I caught myself on the lip of the shower, but my elbows are still sore from that fall. Be careful in bathroom. One temperature shower. Common balcony outside (inaccessible from room). At UrbanView: room was large with private balcony, but still no fridge. Also, no local TV, not even Netflix without an account. Only YouTube. One temperature shower, but adequate. Small sink and mirror. Price 50% highter than RedDoorz.

Pros: sheets and towels appear clean and fresh, location is near to my places of interests and business, accessible to public transportation, staff are helpful and friendly, 24-hr reception, easy check-in and out process; shower pressure is great

Cons: had to take stairs to the third floor; the smell of the room when you first enter is quite suffocating, had to leave the door open for a while to let the smell put and get the airconditioning working.

Pros: It was a good staying in Manila, very close to shopping mall and with all the comforts of a house, fairly clean even though it could have been better! Staff was real nice and welcoming and efficient enough to sore everything out for us! I recommend this place if you are in town

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Location for taxi to airport especially at night. Only within 15 min to arrive.The staff are quite friendly. Facilities are enough for a traveller.

Cons: 1. Drainage in CR is not working well. 2. It took a night to clear the water for shower. 3. A bit noisy in morning by street. 4. No TV programs to watch.

Pros: The staff was really nice especially the men who carry luggages. They were too helpful and attentive.

Cons: No elevators, so if you are booked on the upper floor, it would be a huge problem esp. with huge luggages.
