Very lovely hosts . Cute place . Would book again

Pros: Very nice place . A bit small but it was really really lovely Homely feel to it . I’d have stayed longer if I could

Cons: No water provided . Boiled the tap water to drink the first night and ended up with the worst case of diarrhea ever . I wish they’d provide even a bottle or two of drinking water

Convenient location.

Pros: We like the location. It is only a 20minute walk towards Greenbelt/Glorietta and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The building staff were all nice and accommodating, same as the people in charge of the property.

Cons: The unit is smaller than expected but this isn’t the fault of the management. It’s just how the units were designed. It was a bit uncomfortable for us because we have many luggage (3 big check-in) and a couple carry-on bags and we don’t really have a lot of place to store it inside the unit. Our fault as well for not checking. The unit wasn’t really aired out well before we arrived so it also had a smell. Minor inconveniences for our stay though.

I enjoyed my stay and the apartment had access to everything I needed

Pros: Nice new apartment. Everything was clean and fresh as expected. Not too far from Makati nightlife

Cons: Pool costs money to use and the gym isn’t available for guests. Having said that it doesn’t cost a lot and there is an Anytime Fitness next door that has a good range of equipment

Pros: Loved how clean, cozy, nice everything was and the hotel is a gem situated super well!

Pros: Very clean, cozy, everything works as expected, no issues, host has been very communicative and helpful!

Pros: Classy, on the 28th floor and has a great view of Makati and you can see the manila bay from the balcony. Brand new stuff in the condo and a water heater for hot water in the shower. Also a shoe rack if you are somewhere that wants to store your shoes away. Brand new kitchen ware and also a nice electric stove top and rice cooker etc. Can't be beat.

Cons: Nothing i like my stay here and will continue to extend.

Compact but function

Pros: The location was great with supermarkets and good restaurants within walking distance. The place is in a new building and not fully occupied, so it is quiet and the elevators are quick. The apartment is compact approximately 40 square feet but is very functional. The decor is tasteful and furniture is comfortable.

Cons: It is a new building, so there was no gym, and the pool was closed the whole time I was there. The bathroom door was falling off the frame as there was poor workmanship with the installation.

Pros: Mooie kamer, goed in orde. Goede locatie, veilige buurt. Het inchecken was wat verwarrend, aangezien de receptie een formulier moest hebben dat niet was toegekomen. Het beste is om de eigenaar rechtstreeks via whatsapp te contacteren (nummer staat in de mail die ze op voorhand stuurt, denk eraan de Filipijnse landcode +63 toe te voegen). Daar is ze zeer responsief.

Cons: De gordijnen verdonkeren de kamer niet helemaal, dus een ooglapje is zeker aangeraden. De wasmachine miet tijdens gebruik de badkamer wel deels overstromen.

Very satisfied!

Pros: Superb clean and very near to everything, easy to book, check in and checkout. The staffs are also welcoming and friendly. The unit owner are very nice and easy to transact with. Our family really had a great time staying!!

Pros: The location is convenient, close to where I plan to go. The staff were very accommodating, especially the owner, who provided great assistance. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay.
