Pros: It was very convenient. The unit is small and perfect for a quick stay in Manilla - we were looking for convenience. There was a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, a washing machine, a convenience store below and a nice breakfast restaurant next door. The owner gave us late check out which saved us a huge hassle because we had an evening flight out if Manilla, so it was great value for rge money.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like. Thank you!

Pros: Everything was perfect. I loved how the property is clean and organized with everything you needed. Check in was so smooth didn’t take even 5 mins. The staff were so polite and helpful. Thank you Reinem definitely will come back.

Pros: The unit is thoughtfully designed, furnished, and stocked to meet guests’ basic needs, well-maintained, and located in a great area where shopping centers, restaurants, and services are accessible via public transpo and walking. It was neat and tidy when I arrived. Aside from the basic towels, blanket, and tissue, the host provided soap, shampoo, an extension cord, an ironing set, slippers, a fresh bottle of dishwashing soap, and a fresh sponge. I liked that I could cook there, that garbage disposal was easy, and that the host was easy to communicate with.

Cons: No issues with the property! My stay was excellent.
