Pros: We like the location and the amenities of the property.

Cons: None, perhaps an additional cooking pot or hair dryer would be an amazing add-on.

Overall my stay was awesome.

Pros: The place is comfortable, it has most of the things you need for a week stay like the washing machine, kitchenware, refrigerator, also it has a bluetooth speaker w/ mic.

Cons: I wish there is a vacuum, iron, hair dryer and automatic air freshener so the smell after cooking won’t stay long

Pros: Just a great apartment Great use of space. Fabulous balcony

Cons: At arrival, late at night, the security guard was power hungry. All the correct documentation, emails, Wi-Fi code, door entry code, approval of stay, guest authorisation form but this guard would allow access for nearly 30 minutes of a long discussion exceeding his power Very painful after two days of travelling

Good value

Pros: It is a good location and nice view from balcony on the night, with bar stools and table. Facilities okay but…

Cons: Late night guards wanted an extra piece of paper before letting me go upto the room upon arriving, even though I had the code for the door already and showed them everything. Swimming pool cost is a bit expensive compared to other places, and finally only visit the gym after normal working hours with no guard, as the day guard says its policy for guests to be staying for at least 30 days to be able to use the gym.

Pros: The accommodation is clean and i like the location area. It's safe and near to shopping. centers. I appreciate the effort and warm welcome us by the owner. It's like a home away from home.

Pros: i liked how the room had the convenience. it had utensils and everything was accessible.

Cons: the pool policy because we are only 4 but 2 people are only allowed. we were not aware of that policy.

Great place to stay in Makati!

Pros: The apartment is very practical and well-designed. It had everything we needed for a good self-sufficient staycation! I especially loved the inclusion of a fridge, cooking appliances, washing machine, and even a karaoke machine in the amenities!

Cons: The washing machine's drain wasn't plugged into the wall, so when water started coming out of it onto the floor, it caught me by surprise. However, there's a sinkhole on the floor in the bathroom, so the water drained quite quickly.

Pros: Gezellig appartementje in een goede buurt. De bewaker aan de ingang was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons: De eigenaar antwoordde niet altijd even snel en we kregen maar één handdoek voor twee personen. Toegang tot het zwembad zit niet bij in de prijs.

Pros: Amenities like, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, utensils, washing machine
