Roxas Blvd Stunning Studio Condo Near US Embassy

Pros: We stayed here in the apartment with city view for 14 days , after several extensions while waiting for our visa release. This place truly felt like our safe haven in Manila—especially for people like us who don’t have a home in the city. Having a space where we could sleep comfortably, cook and store our food in the fridge was a big comfort. For me, the place is safe and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near the embassy, stores, a mall, and a laundry shop. The staff are approachable and accommodating, which made our stay even better. Despite some flaws and unit issues, our overall experience was still very satisfying.

Comfy stay

Pros: Really nice apartment with a stunning view over Manila bay. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The location in the heart of Ermita is perfect, walking distance to Luneta park and Robinsons mall. Staff at the entrance/reception was super nice. Everything went easy and relaxed for us. We will most likely come back at our next visit.

Cons: Nothing to worry about.

Pros: The unit was spacious and the location was so accessible to Manila's tourist sites. Convenience stores, cafes, pharmacy, ATM are around the corners. Easy to get Grab bookings.

Cons: The PROS: The unit is a bit old but we'll kept and almost all you need are provided. Water heater in the 2 bathrooms are OK. The CONS: The toilets have no floor drain so the wastewater gets stuck on the floor. The exhaust fan in one of the toilet is not functional. The kitchen sink also clogged. No rugs and waste basket were provided unless you ask for it. Some lights are busted/not functional. One dining chair has broken leg and unsafe.

Overall we had a great time there and very accesible to US embassy and St.Lukes Medical.

Pros: The location is very accesible to all US embassy, St.Lukes Medical shops but the streets are dirty though.

Cons: I do not like the dirty and crowded streets .

It was comfortable and easy access to the embassy since its what we came for.

Pros: Location is great esp if you have an appointment at US embassy

Pros: Everything: the apartment, the pool, the location, the view from the living room.

The owner is accommodating, just a viber away🥰

Pros: I like the location since it is just a walking distance from the US embassy

Pros: Stayed in this building before, excellent location.

Cons: The unit is listed as Deluxe, there's nothing deluxe about it, it's definitely average. It's like like going to a wedding and not making any effort to dress up !!! The bedside lamp didn't work and the sliding bedroom door was jammed open and the ceiling light switch was behind it.

Modest place in Roxas blvd.

Pros: The location definitely is its best asset. Best option for people who are not brave enough to wander in the streets of Malate but are looking for the closest and affordable decent place to US embassy. The unit was alI right, it was clean and comes with the basic apartment accom amenities. In addition, the host is responsive and easy to approach. I had a minor scare on the 1st night and he was swift to take action. The host's staff are approachable too, she quickly brought us baygon when we requested one.

Cons: There were a lot of small cockroaches in the unit w/c of course is inevitable due to its location as well as the types of neighbors. I would highly suggest requesting a thorough building/floor pest control from the property mgt. It would also be best for the bed to be replaced as it felt like we were sleeping on the metal springs already.

Wanted to stay more!

Pros: Very near to where I want to go like malls, manila bay, to rizal park and very accessible to transportation. The property was so spacious!
