Pros: Superbe petit appartement extremement propre. Restaurants et epiceries autour de l immeuble tres securise. Tres facile de communiquer avec une proprietaire aux petits soins. Allez y les yeux fermes, nous y avons passe un excellent sejour

Cons: Petit detail : le lobby ne garde pas vos valises si vous avez un vol tardif par exemple (pas de salle securisee por cela)

Pros: Jennifer’s place is perfect for my short stop over in Makati City. This apartment was an absolute gem in the Makati Central Business Centre. The location felt extremely safe, which I appreciated, the drop off point to the tower was a plus, it made it easier for transport drop and pick up. The check-in was seamless even I booked last minute, and the host was very communicative and helpful. The unit itself was impeccably clean, quiet, and looks exactly as the photos. I especially loved the convenience of having a convenient store t the ground floor and nice Japanese restaurant right next to the building! Highly recommended place and host.
